Puppy Buyer Questionnaire
Purpose
This questionnaire does not constitute a contract on my part to provide you with a puppy, nor does it obligate you to buy one. It is simply a means for me to get to know prospective puppy buyers and ensure that the dogs produced by Reimur Labradors will receive the best possible care and will be protected from indiscriminate and unethical breeding so that the outstanding qualities of health, temperament and versatility will be maintained. It is also very important for each prospective puppy owner to carefully think through all of the factors involved in adding a dog to their family and lifestyle. A new dog means added responsibilities. When someone brings a Labrador Retriever into their family, they are making a commitment to raise, train and care for that dog throughout its lifetime (10-15 years). Labradors are intelligent and active dogs that require training, exercise, and proper socialization to become welcome additions to any home. This questionnaire is to help you think through the factors involved in becoming a puppy owner and for me to make the best decision regarding the placement of my puppies. I hope you will agree that the animal's welfare must be my foremost consideration in placing my puppies.
